Terms & Conditions

RUSBENJA LTD is a Registered UK Business (Company Number 14905306) and by using this online store to place an online order you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated below.


All goods and services supplied by RUSBENJA LTD are supplied on the following terms and conditions.

Payment must be made in full before an order can be finalised and sent. Our only pre-order items are 4” Pop protectors when we are awaiting our latest arrival of stock. Payment for these pre-orders will be taken 100% at point of pre-order.

Cancellations of orders and pre-orders can occur only if the order is yet to dispatch, you must contact us to facilitate this. Cancellation of an order in full or in part will result in a refund in full or in part to the original payment method.

Where multiple orders are made by one customer between our dispatch times day to day then we will endeavour to combine these shipments into a single package.

All product and shipping pricing is shown in GBP.

With the exclusion of Pop protectors, every single item you see on our site is the actual item you will receive. Every single item is listed on our site individually – even where multiples occur these will appear as separate listings.

As we have a large range of stock at any one time, there is the chance that a stock discrepancy occasionally occurs due to error or damage to an item. In this case we will get in contact with you as soon as we realise the error (within the usual outlined dispatch times) to offer an alternative item or a refund on the unavailable product.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is NOT included in the shipping or item cost at checkout. Please check your local postal/country import rules for potential duties, taxes or fees payable. All international shipments will be declared at the correct value and as a sale of goods.

Payment Policy

We accept various forms of payment including debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Paypal. Payment is taken at point of purchase and no order will be fulfilled until payment is received.

Available payment methods may vary by location.

Monthly subscription boxes require a recurring payment method. Details of this can be found in full on our subscriptions box terms and conditions page.

Returns & Refunds Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Subscription boxes and mega mystery boxes have a separate return policy detailed on their own pages.

We take great care in ensuring the condition of all our products arrive to you as advertised so that you are fully satisfied with your order. However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect (see below for what qualifies as a defect) thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case please visit our contact us page to go about processing a return for your item. 


Customers should note that all returns enquiries must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your goods at your chosen delivery address (as per the delivery date on the tracking for your order). We will be in contact with you within 1-2 working days after receiving an enquiry.


Upon receiving an enquiry regarding damage in transit or a manufacturing defect, we may request photo evidence of the parcel or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this and provide a swift response/solution.

We consider damage to the box that was not pictured on the item listing to be damage in transit and eligibility for a paid return applies.

Shipping costs for returns are paid for domestically (in the UK) by us and are covered by the buyer for international (non-UK) orders. Any exclusions to this are stated on this page.


Defective Items (See below for definition)

We will only issue refunds if the defective item is returned to us in the same condition it was received by the customer.


We will provide the shipping label for a refund related to a manufacturing defect. Alternatively you can purchase the label yourself and we will reimburse you on receipt of the item(s). We reserve the right to not reimburse a postage cost where items are sent back prior to a confirmation of return approval.


Minor product inconsistencies will not qualify for a paid for return under the heading ‘product defects’. Examples of minor product inconsistencies are:

Small paint work issues

Small marks on figures

Minor wear/cracking on a plastic insert assuming that the insert still holds the figure in place as it was intended


The items we sell are mass produced and so some small discrepancies are to be expected. You may still return these items for a refund under the heading ‘change of mind’ below.

Change of Mind


We offer returns/refunds for change of mind where the change of mind occurs within 30 days of receipt of your order as per the tracking details associated with it. Notification of the change of mind must be made within this 30 day period to qualify. Notification can be made on our contact us page.


We will aim to respond within 1-2 working days. Once approved we will provide you a return address but the return will need to be funded by yourself. Please note you must not send any items back prior to return approval.




PLEASE NOTE: Subscription boxes are non refundable except for damage in transit or manufacturing defects in line with the guidance above. This is explained in detail on our subscription boxes terms and condition page.

All refunds are at the discretion of RUSBENJA LTD. If we believe for any reason that an item sent back for any reason is not the exact same item advertised to the customer originally then we reserve the right to not refund the customer.


In the event of a refund, you will receive your money back to your original payment method. Where refunds are made in foreign currency, the refund will be translated from GBP to your currency on the date of refund using current exchange rates. We do not take any responsibility for any variance in exchange rate between point of initial purchase and point of refund.


Where applicable, refunds will be processed from our end within 1-2 working days of receiving back the item(s). The actual time taken to receive the refund will depend on the processing times of your payment institution, this is usually 3-5 working days.




A Pre-Order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but can be pre-purchased prior to its arrival. The only items we currently provide pre-orders for are 4” Pop protectors (soft and hard stack) when we are awaiting for our latest stock to arrive. Payment is taken 100% in full at time of pre-order with the goods to then be supplied within a time period specified on the relevant product page.

Pre-order items will be clearly specified on the relevant page.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil a promised pre-order then you will be refunded in full. By way of apology your account will also be credited with 150 loyalty points.


Automatically Returned Items

In the event that your parcel is returned to our warehouse, which may be the result of an incorrect address entered, an undeliverable address or if the parcel was unclaimed after an attempted delivery, we will refund the cost of your order, minus shipping, to your original payment method. Alternatively you can choose to have the item(s) shipped again in which case we would charge you £4 if you are a domestic customer, or the same postage cost as at time of purchase if you are an international customer. We will contact you before taking either of these two courses of action.
